Cat is a qualified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss/Maintenance Expert, Life Coach, Advanced Weights Specialist and runs a busy gym in Hay. This is the centre for everything Cat believes in which is educating clients and allowing them to make the right decisions in weight loss/maintenance, fitness and nutrition and giving them the tools to do so.
What makes Cat stand out is her exceptional fitness and motivation skills, which was why she was awarded Fitness Instructor of the year 2006 from Fitness Wales, Cardiff. This award based mainly on testimonials from clients, attesting to the diversity of what she offers and other nice things about her as a person, really made the award special!
Cat runs inspiring classes in Pilates, Circuits, Boxercise, Aerobics, Freeweights, and Gliding and has created many initiatives and clubs since opening her first gym in 2002 which has led to Cat being a finalist of the Inspire Wales Awards (Sports) 2010.

Mick has an inspiring style of training that has been honed from his initial experience of service in the Special Forces followed by years of training and competing with successful endurance event teams and working in the outdoor industry.
Mick is now a extensively qualified outdoor instructor and uses all these skills effectively to train and motivate individuals and teams from all walks of life including business managers, challenging youths, building corporate teams and providing programmes for specialist agencies including working within the Priory Group.
Mick has been involved in expeditions both at home and abroad for which a high level of physical and mental endurance are essential. Together with his handpicked specialist instructors he will put you through the course designed to get the best from within you!
